Welcome to the VTL Pro Series, a 6-event series of 18-hole professional events played on Trackman!

Tournament Format: 18 Hole Medal Play. Tie for winning score is broken using USGA Tie Breaker method.

 

Field: 60 Players (Open to male and female competitors, combined). Field sizes are subject to change/expansion based on demand.

 

Entry Fee: $150 CDN Per Entry - 

• $140 To Event Purse

• $5 To Season-Long Order of Merit Purse

• $5 To Tournament Administration (VTL Pro Series Staff)​​​​​

 

Purse Information: Full field purse of $8,400 (with 60 players). Top 30% of field paid.

Winnings will be paid via INTERAC E-TRANSFER (CDN), or GLOBAL DEPOSIT (USD)

 

Trackman Simulator Settings: The VTL Pro Series will follow the same rules as Trackman’s NEXT Tour, including Manual Aimed Putting (Auto 8-foot gimmes), in addition to all additional rules posted at https://www.nextgolftour.com/faq-rules.

 

Video Recording: Players must record and upload their round via WeTransfer - rounds will be verified by VTL Pro Series administrative staff. More info is provided in the following pages.

 

Registration: Players must select and pay for the round(s) they wish to register for from the list below. Once payment is complete, VTL Pro Series staff will send an invitation to the player via TrackMan. The player must accept invitation to complete registration process. Deadline for registration is 12:00 PM (EST) the day before each round begins. Late entry ends 7 days after event starts.

Entry Fee per Event: $150.00 CDN + admin fee or Late Entry Fee $175.00 + admin fee

Refund Policy: Refunds will be granted if requested before the deadline for signups of the event, minus a $10 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be granted after the signup deadline for an event passes.

 

Tournament Courses: Courses have been selected to ensure a rating and length that allows fair competition across a mixed field event. Green speed, fairway firmness, pin locations, etc. will be the same for all players.

Post shot data MUST BE SHOWN on the screen after your shot.

​

Any TEE SHOT that does not include a reading for club and shot data (Club Speed, Spin Axis, Smash Factor) must be REHIT.

Players should contact VTL Pro Series staff at the conclusion of their round to allow us to adjust your score.

​

Please review your round video after the round, and if a shot has not recorded data, we will make every effort to allow players to replay the hole to record an accurate score with data.

​

VTL Pro Series staff are responsible for all decisions concerning shots that are missing club and shot data.

NEXT Tour Strike Zone Rules Clarification

 

Players are REQUIRED to hit each shot with the ball inside the Strike Zone.

​

Players are NOT REQUIRED to mark the strike zone, but it is highly recommended.
